Why does my browser crash when I upload a file?
Some of our customers experience problems such as their browser crashing or freezing when trying to upload a file (usually eps file). This is usually because of anti-virus software interfering with the upload. Try temporarily disabling all your anti virus software and then uploading the file again. Please remember to turn on any anti-virus software after your successfully uploaded !
Why won't preview work?
We have found that some users of Internet Explorer 6 are encountering problems with previewing their designs. To overcome this, security settings need to be checked. Select Internet Options under the tools menu, click on the Security tab and highlight the internet icon. If your security level is set to high, slide it to Medium and click ok.
