How long will my order take?

Standard Delivery

When you select our STANDARD production speed, your item will be despatched by us within five working days and sent to you via Royal Mail First Class post. Using this service ensures you will only pay our basic postage and packaging rate. (Larger orders may be sent by Courier at our discretion and at no extra cost to you)

Fast Delivery - Available on business cards only.

When you don't need your cards the next day, but can't wait for a 5 day despatch, select our FAST service. Your order will move into our priority schedule and will be despatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail First Class post. (Larger orders may be sent by Courier at our discretion and at no extra cost to you)

Express Delivery

For the customer who needs their order in a hurry we offer an EXPRESS service which will move your order to the top of the production schedule. If you place your order before 12 p.m. midday Monday-Friday your goods will be despatched the same day for delivery via Courier the next working day. Letterheads will be delivered within 2 days and Postcards will be delivered within 3 days.

Please note:
We cannot deliver on a Saturday.
All Express Service deliveries will require a signature.

Can I collect my order or arrange for my own courier?

Sorry we are unable to offer either of these services.

Can you deliver to PO Box Numbers?

We can only deliver to PO Box numbers if the order is sent via Royal Mail.

This means we can't deliver to PO Box numbers if you choose our 'rush' option, order cards that are 1,000 or over in quantity or order stationery, as these are all delivered by courier.

Delivery and handling charges?

Shipping and handling costs are calculated by weight. As a guide, to deliver 50 business cards costs around $16.40. To deliver 2000 business cards costs around $30.80.

Our standard delivery option is despatched in 5 working days.

When you don't need your cards the next day, but can't wait for a 5 day despatch, select our 'FAST' service for a 3 day service. This costs $18.95 per item.

If you're in a hurry, you can also take advantage of our 'EXPRESS' option, which will have your cards with you within 48 hours. This costs $39.95 per item.

How will my 48hr order be delivered?

48hr orders are delivered by next day courier on business days only. Orders placed by 12 p.m. midday will be despatched the same day. A signature is also required on delivery.

Where's my order?

Your order cannot be tracked whilst it is in production. However, you will receive a notification email on the day it is despatched.
